Ladies... how do you do it? I am a sweaty person such that i buy waterproof eyeliner. Why is it that even though i do wear them, how come i still looks beaten at the end of the day? It still gets smudgy!

Well others are using waterproof eyeliner. But I know it's more expensive than the usual eyeliner which most of the time gets smudgy easier. :)

I asked a friend and she said that water-proof eyeliners are not necessarily sweat-proof. A sweat contains some salt in it and other body chemicals and oil that our body emits and this may cause some smudges.

There are several skin types and one needs to find the right match for make-up to blend and stay regardless the days' activities. The most important thing here is the foundation used. If you have oily skin or sweaty, most foundations would be shiny and runny - specially in our humid country. Find the right brand for you and stay there. I apply primer and foundation on my eyelids (careful not to rub too much - wrinkle prone area) prior to applying eyeliner to keep it in tact the whole day. Of course, dab black powder eyeshadow (using eyeliner applicator) on top of the eyeliner so that it wouldn't run. But if you're really sweaty. I'd suggest that you wash your face midday and apply another set of make-up just to be fresh. For me, I'd avoid too much make-up (especially eyeliner) when the day is too humid and I'd be expecting to sweat. I just need my lipstick/gloss and powder. Better looking bland than looking like a halloween character hahahaa.. so they say. Have a great mylot experience ahead!
