What's with the sudden rise in bootleg DVD & Blu-ray sales?

I love Amazon my affection for the store site is of course largely due to the great price & promotions they offer, the other reason I appreciate Amazon is they have a wide selection of Blu-ray & DVD among many other great products
That said, I enjoy a good movie & as a result I've become serious DVD & Blu-ray collector, but lately I've noticed an increase in fake DVDs even Blu-rays delivered to my mail box, in fact the last 3 to 4 movies I received were counterfeit,
Sigh! but thankfully Amazon is very good at giving refunds when necessary, & you know what I don't blame the store I blame the regular members that sell on their site, because Amazon obviously does not have time to keep track of all the members that are selling products with them.
Why do you think counterfeit movie discs sales are on the rise at these types of stores?

Hm, good question. I would say that it is probably because it is much easier for the people selling burnt dvds and blueray to sell them at a place like amazon, because more customers will see the product. I'm sure other people don't mind getting the burnt movies either, so that is why the counterfeit movies are still being sold, unfortunately. Lucky for you Amazon is indeed good at giving refunds.
