Yes certainly, because whatever we think mostly is almost always translated in our words and action. So this affects not just our selves and our image but the people around us particularly our relationship with them. So we have to be very careful with our thoughts. It could become the devil's workshop if don't know how discern the right from wrong thoughts.
So as for me, this has always been my guideline: Whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report...if there be any virtue and if there be any praise, I think on these things.

Yes I think it is true... we are creator of our life with our thinking.... think are powerful. even words are powerful. we can change things in our life with these tools... combine words and imagination and give them feelings and amotion. it really works. I experinced many times. we are made of energy and our thinking our words are made of energy. we do not see them but they are exist with power.

I agree. You are what you think. If you think you are a failure then most certainly you are a failure, And if you are a success then you will be a successful person. I think there are always truth in this. I have heard before that our mind do have a power. You attract what you think whatever that is, be it negative or positive.

Of course!
Let's just put it this way, in certain circumstance, each person has his own understanding on what's happening. Each has his own opinion on something, unique from one another. Your world depends on how you view it. If you think happy things, your world becomes something happy to be in. If you think that you're luck is not good, anything that happens to you--down to the most idiotic of things--you'll view it as fate playing tricks on you...because you think that you have bad luck--not being able to see your blessings or good luck.
One should view things in different angles and see the different sides of the coin. The person who does, can see wisdom. One should be happy counting one's blessings than settle for the bad if one wants to be able to enjoy living. That way, one will get to see a world of opportunity, instead of a world that is lacking. But if you wish to see something else, you may just adjust your way of thinking in order to live how you like you life to be.

Hi,
What you think is what you get. Although there are things that never change like the absolute laws of science, no one can change that, there are also things that depends much on our perception and thinking like, beauty. Each one has its own perception of what is beautiful, a setting sun, a sexy woman, a tree. Others may not find beauty in there or there may be conflicting opinions regarding it, it all depend on one's thinking and perception. By and by, it shall affect the physical world, the things we use to think about all the time.
