Have you heard of a workout program called PX90?

I read about it today and it is supposed to help people build a strong and healthy body in 90 days. I was looking online for new ideas on how to exercise at home and this program was presented. The results on the women that I saw were amazing but I am not sure if it is a good and if it really works! Sometimes the facts are misrepresented and the images are fake. I decided to do my regular pilates routine and I will check this program out after I get some opinions. The complete set is too expensive for me now but I really want to start exercising daily in order to be fit this summer! I noticed that I started gaining some weightand even though its not visible yet I can feel my clothes a bit tighter! Do you have a routine workout that you do every day, or maybe exercise at home with fitness dvd's and videos?

No I have not heard of that but I want to get one of those videos I can not remember his name but they all dance and the dance moves they say is better and more effective than the gym working out there I just can not remember the guys name but I know I was a dancer when I was younger and it helps dancing rather than doing sit ups it is effective in my opinion. If I see him on the television again I will let you know who he is,

I don't like the gym either. I think that fitness programs are much better and I don't get bored with them! Let me know if you remember it! Thanks!

Hi! Gifts also proposed this, it must be great and effective if from all the programs you are both find it so good and suggest it! I found it online and I downloaded it but I haven't started with it yet. I just watched a couple of the videos to see how intense it is and.. it looks intense! I think it's the same guy from P90X, but I am not sure! Thanks so much for coming back for this! I appreciate it!

I haven't done P90X yet but I do own it because Beachbody had a sale on a while ago so I got a few programs to last me for this year! (and more). I already had Insanity from them and it's AWESOME, although I only did one month of it before I got lazy (oops) so I still need to go back and do the whole thing. I was getting results though. Beachbody have fantastic products, I have Hip Hop Abs from them too and I've been doing that lately. I know people who've done P90X because I'm in a 'workout group' type thing for people doing beachbody workouts, and so I know P90X definitely works... if you put the work in. I haven't done it yet, but I've heard it's kind of intense (but not as 'insane' as Insanity haha), so if you have any health problems or whatever, then make sure it's safe for you first.

I am taking notes of all the programs that people suggest over here and I will look for their details online! I use to work out regularly but I wasn't doing much exercise for the past year, only some cycling and a lot of walking. So I am not sure if my body is ready for something so intense like you described it! No health issues though, but I will probably need to be stronger for this workout! I know that my body adjusts quickly to different programs and I hope I'll reach that point soon! Thanks for the details, I really appreciate your help!

Haha! It's so hard to get a nice looking body and so easy to lose it I guess! I am doing yoga as well but I don't have an instructor because they don't have a fitness program like that in my city any more. I was doing yoga and pilates for a year so I know the basics and it's easier to follow the videos though. Both yoga and aerobics are a great for of exercise!
