wants to become slim

I always wanted to have a slim body. I am eating healthy foods and i guess i am not overeating at all. I used to starve myself and as i'd observed, it does no good to me at all.

Starving yourself with cause more health issues. Eat healthy and exercise. You wont loose the weight over night either, it may takes months, even years.

Just continue eating healthy food and start doing some exercises to tone tour body. That is the best combination to achieve the slim body that you want.

I want to be slimmer than I am for sure, but it is very hard, as I have been fighting my weight for years. I am losing a little bit here and there though, and I have a long ways to go to lose the weight i need to lose. I have a tendency to overeat, and when i do that, I end up gaining, but now I eat less, and I also exercise when the weather permits, and that has helped me too. I found that diets sure don't work, as I have tried them too, but to no avail. It just easier to eat what I want but in smaller portions, and not eat seconds. i know that someday, I will be donw to my ideal weight. I wish you luck though with your weight loss, and and take care!

Hi lizy, I can certainly understand how you feel...I myself am overweight and would like to lose some weight..I don;t want to be slim just lose some weight..I don't eat a lot I just know I am not eating propely,,,I use to walk daily untl I had problems with my foot and was advised by the doctors not to walk anymore.. Then I was given some pain pills for my back and come to find out that they were steroids..so I stopped taking them after' realizing they were responsible for some of my weight gain.. I don't drink soda, I don't eat bread or rice I am not a regular junkfood eater..I just know its hard to lose weight...
