keith urban is surprisingly likeable

Oh God I am so glad you started a topic on this one. I have watched 2 American Idol episodes only so far - Hollywood week - and found him to be really likeable. When he spoke with that hot Australian accent that's when I started liking him and began to notice he is somewhat a cool judge, not so conscious like Mariah Carey not too blunt like Nicki Minaj but still honest. All I knew also was that he was Nicole Kidman's husband and that he was a country singer but I don't really listen to country music so AI was the only platform I really knew him in.

I was very hesitant about him being on the show. I've never really heard much from him and don't listen to his music but I just had the ignorant opinion that he would be boring or maybe just not the best choice as a judge. MUCH to my surprise...he is actually pretty funny and he is one of my very favorite judges! AGAIN to my surprise....I find Mariah Carey irritating. I could do without her even though she knows what she's talking about since she is one of the most influencial singers of our or all time. Very interesting!

Keith Urban is a very likeable guy. He is definitely my favorite judge this year. However, due to them choosing Nicki Minja as a judge I can't watch the show. Her voice is just so iritating and her giving nick names to many of the singers was gettting old fast. She does not have enough experience to be a judge. Someone with more years in the business should have been picked.

I think that Keith Urban is amazing. He has such charisma and style and his music is soft and gentle and dynamic all at the same time. He can iterally blow you away with his incedible voice and performance. Having Nicole Kidman at his side is just an extra bonus. How can he npt be likeable with all of that going for him?

Yes, I agree with you, he's likeable. In fact, I like him now. I did not really realized he's cute. I saw him at the Grammys with Nicole, and they're a fantastic couple the look good together.

I failed to watch american idol season 12 on TV but good thing I found a good site which I can watch the past episodes. Keith Urban seems to be a very nice man, no wonder I didn't hear any issues about him and his wife Nicole. They seem to be a happy couple. He gives good critiques. He is so decent, honest, and sincere every time he speaks. I thought it would be boring to watch American Idol season 12 especially with Keith around but I was completely wrong. I like the new judges this season. I love Mariah and Nicki too.
