I got a call from a friend of long ago because her American husband wants to learn the local dialect. He wants 3 hours per session, two days a week, so that's a total of 6 hours per week. I am charging them the standard charge I give to everyone which is about $6.50 per hour. I wonder if this rate is high or fair in your area, but this is how I charge all those who tutor with me. Apart from him I also tutor a five-year-old daughter of another foreigner, then I got three pageant contestants to train, so I'm basically up to the neck with work these days. It seems like 2013 is being good to me. How about you? Is the entrance of 2013 so far good?

That is good to hear my friend, $6.50 sounds very very reasonable to me. My therapist is making me think about my future and what I want out of it, I seem to be drifting aimlessly in life and have no clear direction. Probably why I get frustrated easily. I tend to live for today and don't think about tomorrow it's how I cope with life, but with no goals, plans anything nothing changes! It's a double edged sword.

Oh. How did you answer your therapist Wolfie? I think everyone experiences that kind of feeling in his life but there should come a time when you get a grip of everything and you just want to be focused on one thing and that should be your goal in life. Are you retired, sort of? Then if you are, you can start doing some sort of hobby. Well, going to the gym is one of them but you might want to start your own little business to keep you busy. It's a weird suggestion, I know, but I would do that if I were in your situation. Keeping ourselves busy is very important nowadays.

I was made medically retired my friend, I had a massive breakdown at work, and diagnozed with clinical depression and acute anxiety problems, that is why I stay indoors most of the time, partially agoraphobic, the gym gets me out but I don't have to be with people if that makes sense? Would like I job where I can work alone and not with colleagues, I work better on my own. Anything that doesn't involve being with people. I try to earn on line but it has become very difficult, plus I am paranoid too which doesn't help in the slightest. I am a hopeless case LOL.

Me and my husband is hoping for a brand new year. We had just moved in a new place where we have more peace of mind but with less daily income. But still, we thought that you can never pay having a peace of mind right? Though some small business have to go, there is a new blessing that come. My husband just have a job offer! Actually, he went to the main city now for his orientation and I hope things and negotiations is positive there later.
Goodluck to you and Happy Lottings!

Oh wow, that's good news for you. Isn't that exciting, to have lots of work for you and lots of clients? I didn't know thats what you do, must have been pretty amazing, unlike my profession which is admittedly boring, lol!
So far my 2013 is good. Me and my husband already had our advance valentine travel/get-away, and he has given me my gift. Even though he says he doesn't believe in valentine's lol! Anyway, I have lots of plans laid out for this year and I hope to be able to accomplish it all.

So far 2013 is not bad. In 3rd year of my graduation course, for the last 3 days I was busy with my campus recruitment training. A sigh of relief today. :-) I think 2013 will be busy year for me. Graduation will be completed by april 2014. No clear idea about what to do after graduation whether to opt for higher education or a job? Can anyone of you please suggest meeeee :-)?
