my system in not shut down some times

Here are the few hints to keep pc healthy.... Connect your cpu as well as your display unit both with well working ups. Scan your system at the time of finishing your end work. Don't run many applications at a time as it may cause of heavy burden on your ram. Don't use more than one browsers for searching and surfing internet. Update all the softwares that are very useful for you. Update your system for every six months to the latest generation level. Don't start the programs while mouse cursor is still in busy state. Clean your keyboard, mouse, cpu, monitor, ups, scanner, printer, mousepad once in a month regularly. Avoid using pen drives without checking them properly by scanning utility tool. Don't install more than one antivirus tool for system security.

there are times that my computer at home didn't shutdown,and there is a pop up appeared that there are still program running so that the computer can't shutdown,so the thing that i will do is to hold on the power button until the computer shutdown.i think our computer needs to defrag the files and data.

Format the hard disk and formating the hard disk helps to remove all the virus. I think most probably if we have malware and virus the comkputer sometimes does not shut down and causes lots of problems. I would suggest you to put a good antivirus in the computer.

Hi, It might be because of virus/malware in your system. Also, if you're still using XP, try to upgrade to win7 or 8 to get a better performance. However, just install the following free antivirus product or http://free.avg.com
