Daily early in the morning i generally used to spend my time with pc rather than a tv or paper. In these days i am feeling back pain sometimes while working with pc. What should i do to over come my body pains on sitting in a fiber chair. Shall have i to change my sitting time or position there? Please give me plenty of suggestions to resolve my body pains

Back pains are very common when people sit too long. So it is always advisable to stand up for a few minutes and do some bending to stretch your strained muscles.

Sit straight up, type with 10 fingers (blind), your arms should lean on the armchairs, hold them relaxed, wrists and hands relaxed at the keyboard. Move inbetween, make short walks etc.

Your chair may not be adjusted properly for one. But you should also take a few minutes and get up and stretch, walk around, when you sit in one position too long, muscles stiffen up and become tight. When you sit, sit with your back straight and feet flat on the floor, make sure your chair is adjusted so that you are not over reaching.

Happens to me also, try to keep your posture right while working on computer, do not sit constantly for long time take a break, walk on small intervals, hope this will help you.

Many people sit the wrong way at the computer which ends up with strains or pulls.

Many times, this can happen for many reasons, and it is not Fun when it comes. I know depending on what type of chair I am sitting in, especially while I am at work, I have experienced this one many times. It is not Fun and can be quite painful. I would suggest considering if you can afford it a New chair, or a cushion for your back or using some pillows. It is not Fun when you get these, and you also might just need to get up and walk around a little bit more.

My sister once complained of back pain from working too long in front of the computer. I think she may be sitting in one position for a long time and not standing up at least once an hour. Otherwise there could also be something not right with the chair you're sitting on and its proportion. I don't experience back pain. I just experience tired legs sometimes because I unconsciously cross my legs as if in a lotus meditation position when I'm working. It's just automatic and I am trying to correct it sometimes.

You can also try getting up and taking a few minutes' break every now and then. Stretch for a bit and loosen the joints that has cramped during the long hours of sitting down.
