you cant put the whole blame on him.As a coach he can give only inputs.It is in the hands of the players to perform.I think first we should point our fingers towards the selectors who just mere sake of quota and other pressure selecting players.

sorry to say but now greg chappel is everything except coach 1) selector 2) team physio 3) the most important captain 4) manager etc etc

no,he is experimenting too much with the team.all players are always in pressure of being thrown out of team.h did injustice with ganguly .he should be fired.
