Is your boss a life coach for you? is she/he something you know that you ideally follow? or is she/he the type the you just wanna get rid off on your everyday life? Sadly, mine is the type that I really wanna disappear like bubbles in the air.
How about your boss?

I'm lucky to have a kind boss.
But my last boss before this one was like, I can't explain what kind of person he is. well, he's...... I don't know, I don't want to remember anymore!

Lol, really I can't even describe him in words, he was just so horrible to me, but surprisingly he was kind to others, I always suspect that he was gay. Anyway, we're fine now, I still see him everyday, we're still at the same office. But no hard feelings anymore. That's the past so there's no sense holding grudges, right? I hope too that you find a nice boss like my boss now. Best of luck!

I am my own boss. I don't care about the boss, I just take care of my work and that is what keeps me to not worry about my boss, but yes sometimes it does, when it is about increment in the salary.
It is the boss who recommends it to the higher authorities, but I don't care much about that either. I think one should not fear of the word "boss", he is just another employee.

yeah, i know he is just another employee, but most of the time he acts like he is something greater than most of the employees of the team. lol! :)

My present boss is quite.
He always try his best to help everyone in the team, especially to the new employees.The task is usually not very hard, but we have to focus all of attentions on them, and through the process to finish the tasks, we can learn a lot of new things, which may help us in our future. And I think I am on the way to be a professional in the field.

My current boss is cool and I really like to work for him. As much as I want to cozy up to my boss, I know that there is a fine line and power within our relationship. Frankly, I don't expect much from the boss, especially if I am a new recruit. I expect him to do his job with a little consideration for me.

I've two jobs presently. My boss from my latest job is a foreign entity, he pays well for a brief consultancy and accounting works I do for his company and I love working for him because although we're just starting, he believes in my ideas. For someone who had been in many countries due to his work, it's quite something for me, unlike my other boss, maybe being too comfortable with my work performance, sometimes overlook the other aspects of my life, like me having a life outside work!

the first boss you mentioned seems an ideal boss i wanted, haha! :) the other one though seems to really forgot that aside from work, you are still human with so much to do after serving him. :)

My boss is very supportive. He always encourages us to do our best in everything we do. He is God-fearing. He always guides us so that we're always on the right path, in our work, personal life, and goals. Sad to say you feel that way to your boss...

you're lucky to have that kind of boss gracey. i wish i had one too. i am currently on plan to leave my job and seek for other potential opportunity not only where i can be rewarded financially, but emotionally and can boost my character.
