Oh my he did it again and there will be no third time......

Oh my he did again for the second time around. He went out the office again without informing us where he will go.
Time runs and we have to go home now since our service is already waiting down the building. We send some text messages and even call couple of times yet there were no reply at all. We really have to go since there are some people waiting for us outside. I am holding the key of the office and the other one is with him. His bags is still in the office so we are quite worried if he brings the key with him.
Its quite really irritating that he didn't informed us where he will go even just a single text message will do cause we are waiting. He do have two phones yet we didn't get any single replied from him. Finally he answered one of our calls after calling couple of times to tell that we could go now and just locked the office. Really irritating cause he is really inconsiderate and dont care about other people that are waiting.
I think if he will do it for the third time, I will gonna pissed off and he will really hear something from me.Third time will be over.

as soon as you can sit him down and tell him how you feel about his just taking off with out telling a sole to many thing go wrong in the world and make it clear what will happen should it happen again good luck

I talked to him this morning about what happened last night and he said that he just bought something and not intended to do that. Its his not intention for is to wait for him but I told him that a single text message will mean a lot the fact that he has two phone with him. I even remind him that it was the second time he did it and third time will not allowed and not tolerable.

Its will be okay if that was done by our boss not him. We are all employees and we should be aware enough on things that we will do especilly if other people will be affected by that act. A single text message will be okay and just enough yet we dont even get any. We even tried to call him a several times before he answered on to just tell that we could go now. His explanation and excuse is an acceptable so third time will not tolerable.

Hi there ardoy, i wonder why you even let him do it for the second time. the first time he put everyone in this position to be inconsiderate and to make everyone wait for him for the first time, he will surely get it from me. i am sure i wont let it pass without telling him what he did and that we will not see it again from him.

Well we didnt know that we will took that long since he ddnt informed us where will he go. Even a singles text message he didnt exert any effort at all. We even sent some messages to him to know about his location or whats happening yet we dont get any really at all. He tried to explained this morning that he didnt intend to do it and just bought something but still his lame excuse is not acceptable.
