I have a big problem. I have a FB account and my default browser is Chrome. this thing was started yesterday, When i try to log on to facebook via chrome browser, can't log on. Chrome starts a file download. When the download compleate, i can't open that file. Because that file is virus(says firewall, not my virus guard) Why is that? Have you faced this before?

Well this is a good oppertunity for you to get out of the virus and live a free life of a real human. Facebook is itself is like a virus. It took on people like its your life. If you don't visit you feel like you missed something important. By the way, after filling your login details it shows some error maybe they forget to correct it. Try refreshing it and then you are in. Its just a technical snag. But its not safe to use facebook. You know you can understand.

Does this happen on any other browser or just Chrome?
Always type in Facebook.com in the address bar (the one that shows the full url of the site/webpage you're visiting), not the regular search form. There should be a picture of a lock and https at the start of the url when you connect to the site.
Check your add-ons for anything that doesn't belong
Do a malware scan
If all else fails, back up your bookmarks and reset Chrome to its original status http://en.kioskea.net/faq/6361-reset-your-browser-restore-your-browser-to-default-settings This should repair anything that's been broken.
Do an internet search of the file. You might be able to find out some useful information about it and maybe a better solution than the ones I've given.
