It may happens due to incompatible softwares, addons etc...because your VGA Drivers may not compatible with the applicaton that you are using. Some hardware problem(mostly RAM) can also cause to bluescreen error

did you install any New game or other application? does your VGA onboard? If you have recently changed your VGA its drivers may be corrupted

it might be your driver not compatible with the windows, find the latest driver. Mine was not bigger than yours and I don't have any problem with windows 7.

You should try to start windows in safe mode. I don't remember well but there is a way you can select the this mode before loading windows. Maybe this way you can correct this error.

there may be a number of reasons why you are getting this blue screen. it is wiser if you describe a bit of the conditions before you get this blue screen. in this way, readers of this discussion would have an idea of what happened. one reason can be; if you just downloaded or installed a software, then that may be the culprit. try to uninstall it.

do you think its in the HDD and ram? maybe you should check the cable of your monitor to your CPU or maybe somethings damage on your monitor? and try to locate the newer applications or softwares that you installed.

Your hardisk and RAM is enough for a general computer. So maybe the problem is your computer has lots of apps or games and it makes your computer is becoming slow and busy and cause a blue screen to your computer when you'r trying to open an application.
