Has anyone heard of everything5pounds.com? Is it any good?

My mum told me about this website and said she ordered a couple things off there. I don't know if I trust the quality of the items, they are after all only £5 each, it just seems a little off. I was just wondering if anyone has heard of it, or better yet bought anything from it

There are probably some bargains to be found but nothing, really, that you couldn't find elsewhere in places like QD and other such chains which specialise in end-of-line purchases. There is no reason why the quality should not be as good as that of the original goods at the original price, though the stock of such places may consist both of end-of-line goods (which may already have been displayed) AND returned items, items with manufacturing faults and other damaged stock. A responsible site should indicate this and, really, the only way to test whether they are a reliable company is to buy from them and experience their service and support policy. The site looks well designed and with clear, descriptive, well modelled images. From the comments displayed on the pages, it looks as though there is good online customer support from members of staff who answer the comments and queries. Personally, I would always prefer to shop for most clothes offline because one cannot always properly judge the quality and fit of the item online. Read the Returns policy VERY carefully before ordering: http://www.everything5pounds.com/shipping-returns-i-3.html?osCsid=4cm3kjerllverjm3oh284hkp10 and try to test the customer service before buying by contacting them with any valid queries before buying to see how quickly and well they respond.
