Does guy should always be older than the gal in a relationship?

If a man is older than a woman, they say, the relationship will flow smoothly and happily ever after, but if a man is younger than a woman, many would react that woman is corrupting minor. But what about those younger woman who marries a 15-20 years gap older man, and its okay to the many people, but whenever guy is younger than woman, many would react and against.Is it justified? Does age matters in Love? Aren't they same person in the eyes of people and in GOD, why do we have this kind discrimination? Can you people give more further explanations about this?
