what do you do when you get angry?

what do you like to do when you get angry? I like to take a walk in the nature when I get angry.. and when it is not possible fo rme I just sit a corner side to pray and cry to release myself from that feeling. so what is the way you choose ?

When I was young, I used to say lots of hurtful words whenever Im angry. Then when I am calm, I would regret almost all of it and I didn't even mean half of it. Now that I am older and I would like to say more mature, I just go out and jog or talk a walk. Just to clear my mind and give my body something to release all the pent up anger energy. If that is not possible, I will lock myself up in my room and play some relaxing music and try to read or take a nap. Anything to calm me down, like even to light up a cinnamon flavored candle.

Before when I get angry I used to throw things and cry inside my bedroom. Now that I am married and mature enough to handle the situation I usually go out to get some air and purchased an iced cold drinks where I can able to cool down and have enough time to think.

I used to throw things and shout and cry too before marriage but now I have a wild man if even he see I cry he will break everything and attacking to me.... so with that afraidness I am eating my anger inside , even i used to take air but not permitted for that as he will be mad. so i am just eating my anger inside.

Haiiii...
I like this disussion. When I fall in to such angry things,I will try to escape from it in many ways.I like to sit idle on that time.And don't like to talk any more to any one.Then I will close my eyes on that time for one minute and take a deep breath.I heard that this a best technique to get relief from that incident.And also that helped me to escape from many incidents.You can also try it.This will be very helpful to you.And I believe that everything that happens in this world is because of a reason.So we should not be angry with that.Life is not filled of happiness.So we have to face it with courage.the man who try to escape from not facing it is not a successful man.When I get angry,i will not look to the person's face who made that chance for that matter.Then I will turn back for some time.Then will take a deep breath.Then I will be relaxed.. Thank you..
