Korea has the fastest internet connection if I'm not mistaken. They wouldn't know what is buffering.
I wish I have their internet connection. To download a 100MB file I had to wait at least 10-20 minutes and sometimes even longer than that.
My internet connection even had a usage cap to it. The price of my internet service is like $80.36 for 20Mbps and 120 usage cap per month. It's not cheap.

I hear you, I am also a victim (still is every now and then) of very poor internet connection. We also make sure we pay on time and I have to say that as far as location is concerned, we are in a not bad place so I really don't know what is the excuse of our provider for such a sorry connection.
I never heard that Korea's got an excellent connection. I wonder if they can share that technology to us here.

I don't think that will happen. We also probably need more land to build receiver towers for the internet connection.

Oh gosh me too, the internet since the start of the year has been terrible and not loading pages. Our plan is also crap $85 a month and 120gb, it's bundled with our home phone though that's why but it's still a rip off. If the internet just worked that would be fine and dandy!

I heard that too...and I do feel envious of them, I hope my country would soon be able to have that high technology...but that's just as close as to pigs growing wings and fly in the sky. I don't the rate of the internet connection I'm using at home...but the basic would 999PHP per month.
