Starting to think Payzaa is a scam

I have a chunk of money from Microworkers in my Payza account. At the time you could only use it and another system. I verified my account, all I had to do was send my bank statement, they took 3 weeks to deny it. I emailed them fuming, they told me I need a photocopy of the thing. So I printed it off, and scanned it, sent it in. They also said 2 i.d. pictures. I email it, I just got an email saying I need 2 pieces of i.d. Maybe they arejust stupid. They better verify my account or else I will be screaming. I have been trying to verify my account for over two months now.

That's insane! Photo ID for an online account?!? It's not like you're standing in front of a flesh and blood teller at a bricks and mortar bank. There must be some authority you can contact... maybe someone at Microworkers?

I think that it is normal to ask and ID with a photo to verify a e-currency account. I had also a problem with Payza, due to a non ascii character in my name : it was working with AlertPay, but no more with Payza and I could not modify it myself. They asked me an ID to change it, but as the character was on my ID it turned to a dialogue of the deaf during days. It is a good thing that PayPal is again available at Microworkers...

I can see their point, but it's such a hassle. I am still waiting for them to accept it. I am now getting impatient, if I didn't have some money in the account I wouldn't bother.

This is one reason why, if a web site don't use paypal, I don't sign up for it I want all my earnings, to come through paypal and that is all, I have tried using a web site that used that other paying, system before the switched to payzza, and it was a complete night mare for me, and I never signed up for, any site again that didn't use paypal, it's paypal or nothing for me.

I don't trust Paypal worth anything, money has gone missing with Paypal and to this day they have not helped me. My account has been hacked numerous times, and they did nothing about it, and said oh well deal with it.

I veryfied my account about two years ago and did not have any problem. I send all the stuff they have stated on their site and done. Strange you are having all these problems.... well, I just remembered that when I verified my account it was AlertPay and not Payza

I was just going to say they did change lately. I am hoping they get it confirmed and verify it or the work I did at Microworkers was a complete waste.

I have only a few dollars in payza, as i mostly use paypal. i am sorry to ehar what is happening to you, as it sends a red flag up to me, that maybe they aren't as great as they used to be. I always elect to send my money to paypal, as i know I will get it with no problem. It isn't fair that you work hard for the money, and then you can't get it. I might just take out of it what i have, and not ever use it again, and just use paypal only. Take care, and have a great day.

They did verify my account, and they apologized but it was process. I guess one person said they need all this proof, then they forwarded it on, then that process asked for the next step which the first guy already asked. I have had a lot of issues with Paypal and still missing $50.

I don't have an account with Payzaa and it is something that I've always been really hesitant to do. The reason that I am hesitant about it is because of the fact that I've had a PayPal account for many years and I find that they are the pay service that I trust the most. Because of the fact that I am so loyal to PayPal, I have to admit that I will not join sites that do not offer PayPal as a payment option (unless they offer paper checks).

I don't trust Paypal worth anything, they have horrible customer service, horrible security, and when money goes missing it's nothing. I am still out $50 from them and the lack of services.

It is hard, and they keep putting you in circles. I'm starting to get tired of it but I have a little money in there which goes for household items.

I am so sorry to hear you are having problems. I really hate you had problem with paypal. I have used them for years without any hitch. Paypal is like, the online bank for all vendors. This other site you are talking about may not be so reliable. I don't have a problem with a company wanting my id for verification if they are handling my money. Especially online where anyone could pretend to be me. I like my security. If you are having problems now you might want to rethink which site you want to do business with. Personally I don't like to be put off when it comes to a money account.
