Site like Swagbucks?

I was earning some swagbucks off of SBTV when I found that someone commented on the video that there is a site that you can "earn more off of" by essentially doing the same stuff. When I registered onto the site, they do have a lot more gift cards, but the price for them are a little bit higher than what Swagbucks has to offer.
The site is called Gifthulk, and it almost feels a lot like Swagbucks based on what it has to offer for you to earn. The User interface definitely shows a difference, though overall, when it comes to earning and redeeming the prizes, I think I can expect the same idea of when it comes out.. Except that it comes out on the next Sunday from the day you redeem it.
Has anyone tried GiftHulk or redeemed from the site? I only just started on the site and am a tenth away from redeeming a $5 Amazon Gift Card.

I haven't heard of that site. I do use myself swagbucks and I do like it. I don't think I would join another site like it when it has higher amounts of work you have to do to get the what you want when you can do it quicker for a lower price on swagbucks. I can get the 450 for an amazon card in a couple of days. Right now I"m working on the $10 for paypal which is 2,500 points and I'm almost there.

I've recently become more ambitious and basically have been earning at least 100 swagbucks a day. Yesterday I earned 206, which by my standards is a lot. I've been saving more or less on Amazon Gift Cards, because they give out the most bang for the buck, and prior to Feb. 10, I already maxed out my redeems by purchasing 2 $5 Amazon Gift Cards until Feb. 3rd.

I do a mixture between Amazon gift cards and paypal cards. I work hard and do most of my work at night because of my kids.

I guess I could say that It's like listening to music & doing homework, but I do SBTV while doing my homework. It's almost like a reward system. Finish a problem, get three tenths of a swagbuck.. I'd literally be getting $0.003 a problem (given that the rates are 1 SB = $0.01)
Feels good to do Homework for money in this perspective

I am from india and i recently joined swagbucks, when it accepts memberships from india.Today i got my first payout of $10 paypal gift card.I am satisfied with swagbucks, although earning opportunity for indians are little less compare to US or UK members. After reading your discussion,i tried to open 'Gifthulk',but it says,'we're sorry,we are not yet accepting members from your country'.bad luck to us and good luck to you all.Happy mylotting.

I just tied visiting the Gifthulk site and they state that they do not accept people from South Africa, so dang it all! Anyway, we are certain to find an interesting alternative sometime. Skjee, Swagbucks does not accept South Africans either, you are indeed fortunate that they accept your country. I wish you an interesting journey with them and much good luck too. Have a grand day, everyone

Yeah, it's quite unfortunate that GiftHulk isn't entirely open to all countries just yet, but there are some notable countries that are on it. I'm not entirely sure why they haven't included India as a country that can earn just yet though.

Aw, guess if I changed my mind I wouldn't be able to really ask for it anyway. Oh well; I know I'm grateful for having these sites, otherwise I'd fret over having to get a part-time job in a poorly working environment much earlier than I currently am. It is good experience though. I hope you're having a wonderful time over in South Africa!

Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I cannot join Swagbucks due to being in the wrong country and would like to try this new one out. I hope they dont chase me away when I go and join up. If you want me to be your referral and join using your link, just friend me or message me ( and that of course hangs on whether they accep my country or not :) Until then, take care

It's all good, frankly I don't think I'll be able to juggle between three reliable sites where I could earn a lot of virtual cash to redeem. I probably would be able to if I had more time, but that time isn't now. Thanks for the request though.

It says that you get a fifth of the person's earnings for their lifetime, which seems like something really awesome if you get a lot of referrals. I wanted to leave that out because I'm sure there are people (possibly like you, I wouldn't know ) that could get those bonuses..
Of which I'm so jealous because I don't know how to get a lot of referrals

I tried it about a year ago but did not like it for some reason I can't even remember. I think the best site I have tried for earning gift cards and Paypal is Irazoo, I earned a $50 gift card my first month of being a member and I still earn something every single month.

The main differences are they have a lot more surveys and videos available, points required to redeem are more and Paypal takes a month to be sent out while gift cards usually a couple of weeks. I personally find it easier to reach a daily goal without investing too much of my time at Irazoo than Swagbucks.

It seems like iRazoo is a pretty decent site to earn, though I haven't really tried it because it's invitation-only. I guess it's time to try it out sooner or later. Do they reward more points to the consumers, or is it hard to earn them? Does it take long to get certain items or is it just the same?

I have heard of Gifthulk but I never really looked into it. That's interesting though I might have a look into it to see if it's any good. I'm sure someone here on MyLot has had exp with it

Hm, from reading from all the other responses, I guess they're new to it too. Oh well..
It does say from a review that their site's been there for only a year, so I would be surprised if someone did know what it's like when they tried it.

Yeah I read a few now too, seems like SB's is still the better site to stick too

So I'm confused. Are you saying this Gifthulk is better the Swagbucks or it's basically the same? I left Swagbucks long ago because most of it is you having to sign up for offers or buy this or that to earn any Swagbucks so I said, forget that & left. I don't want to start something else that's just like Swagbucks.

Liviaslife, although there are offers that you can sign up for and things you can buy to earn swagbucks, there are many other ways to earn. Watching vidios, searching, daily polls, NOSO offers (these don't require you to sigh up or buy anything), entering contests, and doing surveys. I'm sure I missed some ways, but I think you get the idea. None of the things I listed cost any money do earn.

I'd have to say that GiftHulk is a little bit worse than Swagbucks, in that its prices for redeeming are a bit higher and the rates for getting their premium (Hulk Coins) are also lower, but redeeming is relatively fixed in that it claims to deliver the next Sunday from the time you redeemed it.
I guess it's a replacement if you don't like swagbucks all that much but still able to earn a lot. As for watching videos, I believe it's 10 videos for two Hulk Coins as opposed to SBTV's 10 video / 3 SBs.

I belong to Gifthulk as well as Swagbucks and I prefer Swagbucks. It takes fewer points to redeem for Amazon at Gifthulk, but their interface is awkward to me. I do a lot of videos ("TV") and Swagbucks is very simple and straightforward while Gifthulk isn't. The counter hangs now and then and you have to go back and forth to topics quite often.
I've cashed out several times at Gifthulk and they're fast on their redemptions but Swagbucks is, too. If you can, do both sites at the same time.

Hi i am neither on swagbucks or gifthulk. I am now going to check what these sites are about and thanks Mccreeper to let me know about these two sites. I hope i can earn some money from these sites too. Thanks for the discussion.

I have not heard of GiftHulk, either. Must be newer. I'll check it out - it doesn't matter if you have to do a bit more for the five dollar gift cards because it would be an addition to swagbucks rather than a replacement for me. So a five dollar amazon gift card from one would be added to one I'd redeem from SB. Many sites show the same videos for cash or points, and you can collect cash or points at almost all those sites for watching the same video. That means there's a lot of repetition, but hey, it's money or gift codes!

I guess you could say it's more of an addition than a replacement, though there's no telling for how people earn their premiums. Sure, there goes without saying that there will be people that can earn from Swagbucks, Points2Shop, and GiftHulk, though I think my time has passed to being able to exhaust my earnings at those areas because I've done offers similar if not exactly to the ones they have to which I cannot do again.
But yeah, It's still money / gift codes. I'll keep earning to see what I can get. Perhaps I can get a higher rate via the Treasure Chest Keys

I think that much like Swagbucks, It's restricted to only a number of countries like the United States & the UK, though I'm sure it holds more, it probably doesn't hold Malaysia just yet.. I could be wrong. I haven't been on the site long enough to know these things..

Yeah, GiftHulk is the real deal. Better than Swagbucks? I can't say it's better but it runs a close second. I've been paid and have my payment proof you can check out on my blog.
