Pope John Paull II is in Hell?

I've seen few times a video in youtube about an Ecuadorian girl named, Angelica Zambrano who had died and came back to life. For the 23 hours that she was dead, she testified that Christ brought her to heaven and hell and guess what, she saw lots of famous celebrities like Selena and Michael Jackson, but what really shocked me was, she found Pope John Paul II too!!! How true is this? Anybody who has watched the video? She asked Christ why this holy man, so loved by millions from around the globe and who had brought so much holiness as well as devotion to the Virgin Mary be damned like this? The answer is also in the video. Someone please share their thoughts on this. Thanks.
