hi to all
well, In my country biggest problem is Justice, poor gets poorer & richer gets more rich, its all because poor have no power, a common here unable to hire lawyer because they are too expensive, police is corrupt & only listen to those who gives them big currency notes, I want to change this, but after thinking so much, I understand one thing, If you want to do a Justice between 2 peoples YOU MUST NEED POWER, & its not easy to gain power??? it is??? as a human I believe freedom & justice is right for any human in the world either he/she is poor or rich, but if you want to do justice you must be very powerful??? can you agree with me??? or you think If you are weak you still do a justice??? (I'm sorry If anyone of you mind my open truth speaking) have a nice day.

Hello Tushavi!
Yeah I think I can agree with that although in many cases you can get what you want by just speaking up and / or gathering others around you and fighting for what you want.

Wealth shouldn't have anything to do with it. If it does, you live in a corrupt society. Knowledge is power. An honest judge will be prejudice only for the law. If you know the law and your rights, being poor or wealthy shouldn't be a factor.

If justice is only for the rich and the powerful then where is justice? It has turned into injustice. But indeed, it is a common thing everywhere. Only those who have the power and money have the advantage when it comes to seeking justice because they have the resources to pay good lawyers and they can even pay corrupt judges to favor them. How sad but this is one big reality.

To some money is the master. It is really of power and this is really malfeasance when one uses money to buy justice. God is the real judge and when time comes He will judge every people and be accounted for what they have done. In this world, there is imbalance and with God there is fairness.

You are absolutely right. Power is needed to implement justice, law and order. To gain power you need lots of human and financial resources. The road to become a powerful man is very long and winding indeed.

All well-developed nation had ever experienced the corruption of states until a tragic protest occupied. But today, developed countries monopolize a lot of resource. They rob other countries of resources by working collusion with the crude government in poor countries.Make matters worse, they always intervene the policies, like taxes and trade terms.Such reliance always makes things worse and hides the predicament among commons.
This is such being called capitalism .

Oh, yeah. No money, no power. I guess power is really difficult to have. Some people would really love to change such problem. Though we really have to face the truth. If we are poor, it would be difficult for us to change things because money talks. I hope that these people with power would make things fair. They should start using their power to make the world better. Let's pray that someday, life will become fair. That power will change our lives for the better. :)

We need a change in the systems across the world...neither democracy, nor dictatorship, or king rule, or communistic way of managing such things has worked perfectly. Like you, I too think...it is the judicial system that exists as of now that needs to be improved...fast.
Police are corrupt because
a. They are not sure they are going to get their pensions when they retire, after all, government does not have much monies with it...
b. They do catch criminals, but the criminals lie, and there is no provision as of now that allows getting truth out without free will...which to me is ridiculous waste of time...give them the truth serum, or send them for lie detector...or do both and get the truth out. We will move the cases faster.
c. Lawyers who know that injustice is being done still defend their clients. I think this aspect needs to looked into because if the criminals get out of jail, they will be after the police officials who locked them up behind bars. They might even trouble the families of such police officers. This is definitely one of the biggest disincentive for police force.
d. Lastly, there is no scope of promotion without convictions. Who would like to stagnate for a long time without being promoted? Job does get monotonous. So it needs to be made interesting.

This is not the situation only in your country.Everywhere the situation is the same. Here in our country as well, people who are either monied or highly posted enjoy power. They dominate others while others are bound to be dominated by them.People manage to be powerful by adopting immoral and illegal means. This is everywhere. In fact,it has become a norm these days.
