I really had a hard time waking up in bed this morning. I still feel sleepy and alarm clock didnt help that much good thing that my mom really wakes up early. I really feel sleepy even thou I have enough sleep cause the weather was quite cool and tend me to sleep more.
Even drinking hot coffee during breakfast didnt help that much as well, its just woke me up for few minutes and feel sleepy again. Good thing that the water in the bathroom was really cold that wakes me up so I just fight the sleepiness and continue my battle with it lol so I wont be late at work. Good thing that I won my first battle today and have another cup of hot coffee in the office.
Good morning everyone.
Enjoy the day.

Indeed Ardoy, waking up in the morning when the weather seems a "bed weather" is really difficult. I would sometimes say to myself , just 15 minutes more and would sleep more. But once the second alarm goes off, i am up and pray first.
Yes, the cold water helps a lot in waking us up. It seems to make my blood rise and alive !
Even when our water heater was still okay, i seldom take a hot bath in the morning, but a cold bath so i could be fully awakened.
Coffee would be later when i take my breakfast though, to really perk me up for the day.

Yes, it's our mind that can really control it, if we like, arody. But yes, this rainy days can really make us feel lazy.

Yeah this bed weather always make so lazy to get up in bed. I even just as you who always asked for another 5 minute or 10 once the alarm clock make an alarmed sound. I even just sit in the bathroom for few minutes for taking a bath lol. Coffee is quite helpful at first yet the feeling just come back after. Well the best way to fight is through ourselves, our willingness and determination to fight the feeling of laziness inside.

When the weather goes from being warm outside to being cold outside, I really do have a difficult time with waking up in the mornings because of the fact that I just don't want to get out of my warm bed. However, I am typically able to get through these events within a little bit of time as soon as I'm able to get some caffeine going through my veins.
It's good to hear that you were able to win your first battle of the day.

Trust me, I really understand what that battle is like. I had the same thing happening to me the whole of last week and the climate was the culprit in my case. It was so cold that I couldn't think about anything other than just sleeping and hiding myself inside a blanket.
But then, office never understands our pain. So gotta keep going no matter what. I was waiting for my cab and within 2-3 mins, my hands went numb and I couldn't even dial a number on my phone. It was nothing less than hell to get up early morning and the worst thing, going to office.

Yeah we have to overcome it since we have to go to the office so we dont have to get late. The weather has a big factor of it lol especially if it is cold. I always wanted to stay late in bed during this kind of weather as if no work to attend too. But we have to overcome it since we have to go to work to earn for a living.
