Ash Wednesday

" The most important thing you need today is go to church and listened to mass, If you just go to church because you want cross ashes on your forehead. You can go to market and buy some coal. Then, put cross from your forehead down to your chin." Our parish priest said that yesterday, for those late people attending 5:00 mass. It remained in my mind :) Some people thinks that when it is ash wednesday it is important that they have cross ashes on their forehead.. Not knowing that it is more important to listen to the holy gospel and do it in daily life. Some people go to church but when they got home, they will say bad words, they will hurt other people. Change people :) It's for your benefits and also for the people around you :)

Every religion has folks with different levels of belief and participation. We are human and everyone is different. That is why a belief may seem perfect on paper, but then when you add the human element things start to really change... A lot of folks do not know the ancient beliefs and teachings connected with the distribution of the ashes...
