Has anyone tried posting on Craigslist? Ever since they implement this phone number verification and don't accept voice over ip, I can't post anything because I refuse to give my phone number and secondly the Europe side of Craigslist seem to get the most traffic and I can't post there.
I know Craigslist is meant for the locals. But why post locally when the local Craigslist's traffic is non existent? I mean you still can post print on demand shops listing on foreign Craigslist right?

I have thought about trying to sell tings on Craiglist but have been hesitant because of news reports of doing so attracting crime. I have seen recommendations that one should not give out there address or phone number, etc. Also, that they should meet buyers at some very public place to actually do the transaction when they do supposedly have a deal. Has anyone had experiences relevant to these concerns?

It is been a long time I have not posted to Craiglist. I don't remember anything about having to verify anything with the phone...
I used it many times in the past but I had only very little response; probably due to posting in the wrong area or maybe my text or headline wans't good enough

I live in the US and I haven't had any issues posting on Cragislist at all. I've sold old baby clothes before on it and had no issues with at all selling the clothes. It only took me a day to get ride of it all and I made about $35 dollars. I've also sold a used pare of my panties on Cregislist. I've always found people in my area just fine.
