An Interesting Way of Answering Prayers

I have many things in mind like travel, buy gifts, etc which all require an amount of money. So recently I was praying to God to help me earn and raise money. I asked Him if he could give me work that will require me to stay an hour or so, so I could get an overtime pay. Well, He did answer my prayer in an instant. A program error came out, and we had a very hard time looking for the cause of the problem. For that I stayed almost until midnight to try looking for the bug in the system. There were two other people who were with me, one was my boss. I was so tired and was about to give up when I realized God was giving me the opportunity to earn, and at the same time letting me work hard to get it. He really has this interesting way of answering prayers. It may not really what I literally asked Him to do, but He surely gave me the better answer to my prayer. So while I was walking home, I couldn't help myself but laugh at what happened and be just grateful to Him for He is strangely amazing.
