Every where I have worked there is always drama. I am really getting tired of it. You think people would learn to keep their personal troubles at home when they come to work but they don't. It really gets me to just want to scream. Ok the rant is over. Sorry.

There are always people who want to share their issues with everybody else and it eases their depression or stress. Some can be reticent with their family troubles but then not all people are the same. Sometimes, a little drama changes the office environment but not when it interferes with the smooth flow of work. When I was still working for an office, we were treated with all sorts of family troubles but mostly a husband-wife squabble. The office seems like an extension of home where you lose all embarrassment at sharing troubles. There are instances where you gain the best advices from the experiences of others, however, there will always be instances when it all becomes too much.

Well, anywhere you go, there will always be dramatic kings and queens so even if you think the environment is so healthy for professional work, an injection of drama here and there will surface. Sometimes its fun just to keep a little bit of spice at work, especially if it has nothing to do with you or you are not the least affected. But if it starts to affect the work flow or even the performance of those people that you need to coordinate with, like you said, it can get pretty old and tiring. There's nothing we can do much about it but perform and rise above the rest. Do our job and seek the help of management should those involve totally mess up in a way that the quality of our own work gets affected.
