I understand that sometimes who feel that he or she cannot do their jobs well with their current knowledge. What I am trying to say is to get it succeed, you have to be ready with your current knowledge when it comes about to work.work sometimes means to learn some stuff out textbooks. There's no end of learning, but they are ready when they got it prepared. And I believe the your"something " doesnt take long enough like 4 hours or more.time schedule is pretty flexiable to me.

Sparing time study is not a matter of serious.
We are all study everything well easily irrespective of time and atmosphere.
First of all we have to make a suitable plan for study.
Always try to keep a small note that having important notes of full.
We can easily put concentrate while we are on journey.
Discussion on subjects gives us relax and knowledge
Try to gain knowledge wherever it avails.
Better study means which follows a keen interest of it.

Though you feel you have forget the knowledge, it is still left in your brain. As you now owns a nursing job, you can try to use your knowledge in your present job, so that it will help you remember them well. After a day's work, write down the knowledge you have used, I think that can be a good way to learn your knowledge.
Good luck to you!

The only way would be is to really give time for studying. How important are those other things that studying if it would mean you not being able to be more knowledgeable with your profession?
