easy or dificcul to be head master??

I am teacher. I hear somebody talk, to be head master it so easy jobs, just stay only suburdinate commands.as principal,mind, intellect, and hand does not need, only your mouth, stay order. I thing it so worng

I am not agree to say this job is difficult and that one is easy. we have born with special talents and it is good to follow what we really want to be. we can not judge jobs on easy and difficult. if a person love his or her job even if thta is too difficult will enjoy doing that and if a person does not like her or his job even if that is the easiest job, will be hard to do I guess.
