Anyone knows how to promote on Smashwords?

Hi Mylotters, Earlier this month, I published my very first book called Diaries of Catherine and Carl First Journal on Smashwords. I announced it on Facebook, twitter, Linkedin and all.. I know it is early, but I haven't made any sales, people downloaded the sample already, though.. Question, what is your strategy to sell your ebook??
