Cuts in Defense Spending but SS and HS and NWS Get Hollow Point Bullets?

Does anyone else see something wrong with us being told that there must be a cut in defense spending, and Homeland Security and the Social Security Adm. and National Weather Service being bought millions of rounds of expensive hollow point bullets?

Yeah, it's scary. I don't know what they're doing exactly, but they're up to something that's not good. They keep sending weapons to Egypt, too. And taking away Fourth Amendment rights of anyone who lives within a hundred miles of the borders (http://www.allgov.com/news/top-stories/homeland-security-approves-seizure-of-cell-phones-and-laptops-within-100-miles-of-border-report-remains-secret-130211?news=847030). And more.
I hope I'm just paranoid.

Personally I will never understand Obama's way of thinking on things. I wonder how often Safety and security even enter his mind, or is it because he is friends with some of the ones making the threats to where he feels it is Best to stop fighting them and somehow hope we survive?

I personally don't think he has in mind, one way or the other, our survival. He's way to smart to make the HUGE mistakes he's made in national security, by accident.

Well now, isn't thAt just the way! Hmmm, all these internal organizations arming up, but national defense to keep the country and citizens safe, by all means, so very less important it would seem! Just lookin' out for us the folks dontcha know?

I get told constantly on here that I don't make sense, that I make connections that are not sensible. Oh well. My mind works a lot like yours, so you obviously (according to my detractors) are insensible too! Thing is, a truly wise person doesn't compartmentalize information. They will put ALL the pieces in, and by doing so, get the real picture. The universe is a unified (lol) entity. Everything fits together, everything works as one. EVEN though we don't see it all and don't understand half the time what we truly are seeing. I guess I make connections others don't see much of the time. And I'm not suggeting I am right all the time. It just frustrates me to no end, that it is plain to see, and people choose not to see it.

Strange where the money is going, smart that funds are being reduced to the military. America's spending on its military is a big part of its huge debt, when you spend more on your military than the next 14 highest military spenders in the world, then you are probably spending too much. However, moving those funds to buy more bullets for that reason does seem odd.
