yes it does. ive already change the setting to manual so that i wont be disturbed.

Yes, all the time. There is nothing you can do to solve it unless you don't install it at all.

yes, all the time. it's actually kind of annoying. there was a point that my updates weren't even going through for some reason. So even though the dumb program was running, it wasn't even benefiting me at all, and probably caused a lot of problems because of it. what kind of problems are you running into?
