Why is it showing me an error message of too long seeing ad page of ptc website?

When i was on surfing internet, particularly doing work on a specific site, i am getting an error message of excess time of seeing ad page. The message is like this.......... 'alert http://www.clicksense.com/ please do not refresh the view ads page so often! you need not to refresh this page more than once per minute or even five minutes The system knows that you are logged in, so when new ads come in, they will get assigned to your account, regardless of how often you browse this page. If you can't wait we suggest you install which keeps you updated every 15 seconds! ........................ Actually i did not understood the above message what it tells me. Is there anybody having this type of error message while doing work any website? If there, please share your ideas with me along with your little of experiences regarding this situation
