I have been working in this trading company for many years. I know many customers whoes are from the US,Poland,Germany, Singapore, and Malaysia and so on. I really dislike working in the company, few salary and controlled. And hope to start my own company these days. So, I need my old customers's supports and help. Do they will?

That's a good idea to start your own business. But maybe you have to check the repercussions when you are going to take your company's old customers to be yours instead, even though they happen to be processed by you. I don't think your company will take it nicely if they learned that their competition happened to be a former employee of theirs. Some companies even have this disclosure that exiting employees cannot even work at a competitor for so and so number of years. You better check it first just to make sure that everything will be smooth sailing for you and your venture.

Great plan. If you want to start a new company, you have to prepare your budget. The most important thing in starting a new company is the creditworthy. You old customers may help you to grow your business or they would like to be your customers if they see that you can be trusted and you are introducing your company's prospective benefits for your customers. Actually i am not really expert in consulting in starting a new company. But I try to give you a suggestion.
