How about a bird that barks instead of twits or sings?
The name is Antipitta Avis Canis Ridgley. It is a bird, looked-like and as big as a duck but doesn’t quack or paddle on the pond. Hehehe… this bird barks like a dog. Argh! Yes you heard it right, it is a bird.
These long legged, black and white barking birds were found in the forest and remote area in Andes Ecuador, June 1998, by Robert S. Ridgley. However due to deforestation, these birds are soon to extinct.
Note: It was not true that they eat dog food, bones and they don’t lick. They just eat insect-eaters. hehehe
Amazing isn’t it?

@Mavic123456 whoa! I have seen many different animals make odd sounds and it always shocks me. I was trying to find a video of this bird you're talking about but having trouble finding it. Well having trouble finding the dog bark sounds it makes.

I am really looking for funny, amazing and informative stuff sometimes we forget about these things because we are too busy minding other's problems and worries. LOL. such a breaker for mylot dramas.

Interesting, i love bird, and this is an insteresting news. I still can't imagine how the bird barking? Just like a cartoon film i think, when a dog being spelled to become a bird! Lol!

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well that is great to hear about this bird which barks like a dog and not like any other bird. It is would be interesting to know more about this bird but it is very sad to hear that such species are getting extinct and i think such birds really need to be taken care of so that we do not encounter a day when all such birds would get extinct.

hahaha yeah we have a parrot, it sneezes and coughs. so funny... we had a bird that talks … and selling whatever heard from the street.
