on line banking is now dangerous for us because yesterday from my uncle's a/c money is detected i think someone has hacked id. he is booking railway ticket that time, he complained about that in bank office.

Yes, you are right there is lot of risks involved in the online banking so even if we have bank account we must try to keep low balance in it. And if you really have no significant usage of the online account, it is better to deactivate it.
My father used to have online account, but since he did not have much online purchase or online recharging and he could go without it, we deactivated. SAFE.

Yes. Online banking is very dangerous. There is a saving bank in my country, in which the customer can access to the online account by having the cellphone number as the login id. After entering the phone number the customer got the confirmation id sent to the cellphone, and the confirmation id used for login. I see that this kind of login is very dangerous in case of someone stranger is stealing our cellphone and try do login to the online acount of the customer. It is dangerous because if someone login to the account, he or she can make a transaction of money transfer online.
