As we surf through life, we sometimes become so jaded and passive that we forget the true joys of life, we are yet so blinded with our goals in life, daily hustles, chores and things that needs to be done.
Lately, my two daughters have been suffering from coughs, i brought them to pedias already, and i really am getting worried thinking over what should i do for thier cough to go away. Luckily, the medicines that the doctor gave made my youngest daughter all well but my eldest is still suffering from it. Today i decided to let her rest and heal first so she is absent from school. We went outside and when i was drinking coffee, she was strumming this little wooden guitar, then i said to her, "can i borrow it for a while?" She said ok. Then, the guitar stayed with me for many many hours, remembering my desires when i was still a young child, how i wanted to learn how to play it...and own a guitar of my own. Now, i believe i am too old for it so i planned to buy a real guitar when the kids get a little older for them to love itas much as i loved it before...now i am still strumming, and strumming just for fun.
What about you, have you learned something new lately, like learning a new language or a new recipe?

Learning new things from time to time can be a very rewarding thing. Personally, one of the biggest learning that I have about a year ago is working online and this made a great changes in my life.
Lately, I also learned a lot of things like how to do stuffs because my daughter who really loves cosplaying would be needing additional stuffs as part of her props. Although I am a person who love doing crafts still new ideas is still a good thing for me.
Have a nice day!

Having kids, we really do become experimental with things, and faced with so many changes, we learn to adopt very fast or else we cannot keep up with their game. I love to dress my kids too and it is good that your kid is into cosplay, that is an expensive hobby right?

Yes, it is a bit expensive activity so I told my daughter to save some amount out of her allowance to help her with the expenses which she is also doing. And of course we don't do it often.

Lately I have learnt something that, I should eat whole heartedly and never even think about anything like the fats and the cholesterol and things like that. Eat healthy and fully, and work hardly is going to be my mantra here after. I am developing good taste sense in the food I eat and I really want to relish different types of food and different tastes.

Good for you, lately too i am getting worried that most of the food that we eat are fried/oily foods and with less vegetables too, i want to change this for healthier food but my kids will complain a lot if served veggies, they cry out for fried chicken and sorts like that.

I have been learning lots of recipes lately. I moved into my husband's country just recently and everyone's not used to the food I was used to back home. So my mom in law gave me this recipe book and since then, I have been doing some cooking like I have never done before when I was still single.
I also learned lots of life lessons lately. New skills, and even new works.

Wow that is very good to know, i want to learn more recipes from foreign countries too but i am afraid most of the ingeredients will not be found in our local supermarket. or else if available, it will be too expensive to my budget to fit in. I just try this later on maybe two years from now when my pocket is a little bigger.
