I'm getting tired of waiting

I want to lose weight fast. Although i do not eat fatty, fried foods and carbohydrates, I have not seen big results or noticed any difference at all. So I'm planning on making a lot of exercise. If I would be able to do it, I don't know. I have lots of house work daily. So that's one thing that prevents me from managing my time to do some exercise. But still i would try to do some short daily exercise if that's the only time I can give myself for exercise.

Do not lose heart is the first thing that I would love to say. Well, I will give you some tips. First thing is, split the meals. Instead of 3 full meals, I would suggest you to split it to 5-6 times, a little by little. it will help you to digest everything easily, and not much cholesterol and fats will remain in your body. Do not starve at all. Eat healthy. Eat a lot of fruits and food with a lot of fibre. It will increase your metabolism and your weight will reduce naturally. Do yoga, that is the best way to get yourself healthy as well in shape.

Km doing all that except the yoga as I don't believe in yoga. I may try something else besides yoga.

Oh! sad to hear that you do not believe in yoga. Then you must try some aerobics or other versions of dances which mainly concentrates on reducing the weight.

Yes that's what I'm planning to do right now. To do other forms of exercises beside yoga. I think yoga is more like meditation than an exercise, isn't it?

I also try to just drink water, so no juice, coffee, that sort of thing. I find that at the very least my skin looks better. A little bit of exercise every morning would jump start your metabolism and make you feel productive for the rest of the day.

I'm doing some jumping also this morning. Gradually i would have more time for more rigorous exercise.

Don't lose hope. Losing weight does not happen overnight. You will reach your goal if you are persistent and have some self-discipline. That means, limiting your food intake by half, avoiding sodas, and exercising regularly will make you see results in three months.

Yeah it's very much important that I would not lose hope at all. So I would try my best to keep on dieting and doing some exercise daily.

Friend,you don't have to push yourself and we all our own advantages in life.So make yourself comfortable about you.To be confident and show your perfect side can attract people to know inner you.Also putting oneeslf in a pressure day can also lead to fatness.Take some exercise would be work.

I'm just doing it correctly this time. I don't try to starve myself but i just eat right and do some activities but if i need to exert bit more effort in exercise but still i should avoid over doing it.

it is not really easy to trim down and to loose weight. having yourself a discipline by choosing what foods you need to intake but this thing is just one of the ways on how to loose weight. yes, and it is right that you need to execute some work outs along with proper diet if you want to maintain or to achieve your desired pounds. you really need to sweat it all off. well, doing house chores is one way of exercising too. before i used to that, scrubbing the floor, cleaning the house etc. i did those stuffs for a purpose. and please choose an exercise that suits you. but before that, try to initialize yourself what part of the body you need to trim down.. so good luck :)

well, you can drink lemon juice in the morning first and before going to sleep mix it with warm water. and control your fat food and take a walk daily specially after taking that lemon juice.

Yes c fruits and vegetables are very much important. So i need to start adding vegetables on MMU diet.

Try using some carb blocker or other related supplements prescribe by an authorize doctor or nutritionist. And as what you have said, exercise do help a lot better than just sole diet.

I don't have time to go to a doctor so i would just avoid eating rice and bread. I have not had any rice and bread for a week now or other form of carbohydrates.
