i looked so haggard as of now, it is because i did not recover yet from those sleepless nights as i used to make my lesson plans and instructional materials. it was really a hard time for me and all those things to pass educ.20 subject and that is practice teaching. oh well, i never regretted it of course, because i did that for a very sensible reason. and now, all i need to do is to sleep early, and wish i could because my eyes and my system were used with sleeping late and waking up early that even i do not set the alarm for my waking time, still my body would be awake for that programmed time. what about you, what are the things that made you awake and sleep late at night. so good night!

oh yes, thanks to you. it is really nice when our time will be managed by ourselves, i mean, we are the boss of our own time. we can sleep, walk, eat, else anytime without no one telling us what to do and such. for now, things are needed to be done if i want to graduate with my course. so i need to divide my time. so thanks ")

I have passed those times that I used to get up earyly in the morning to get ready for college and then work. Now I am sleepless for my husband's terrible snores at night and having a little kid and feeding my baby. so that is the reason for me to not have enough sleep.

ahahah.. pardon me if i am laughing with your situation. hahah... never had an experience that i became restless at night because someone is snoring but i experienced waking up always at night because i used to tend baby's needs like changing diaper and mixing milks and so. in the coming years, you will recover sleeping late at night caused by your baby but of your husband, well, that would be a great question haha.. thanks for joining here

For the past days, i don't know how to divide my night time, the moment i arrived from work at 7pm. Every other day, i would exercise in our bedroom. Then, i will watch my 2 favorite soaps. Then i would of course give attention to my husband and bond with him before finally sleeping. So, usually i would sleep late because i would open my FB, thus sometimes i sleep late already. The other soap i would watch during my lunch break at the office, because i cannot watch it anymore at night , because there's no time anymore.

hi there... it really happened when we are too busy with our works, extra curricular and of our family. but we must learn how to divide our time like what you did to attained the needs of others and of our self needs as well. me, i am not fond of watching soap operas as of now and if i am done with my school requirements, chatting and being online with the internet makes me sleep late at night. so thanks for joining here ")

Aside for my work, what keeps me up at night is when hubby and I are chatting and he is assigned to work in a country where we have different time zones. Also when I have lots of things in my mind, I tend to lie awake at night and just toss and turn in bed. Sometimes I will take some melatonin tablets to help those sleep hormones put me to sleep in the safest way possible.

hello rain, i never tried taking some pills or medicines so to fall asleep. sometimes if i cannot really sleep, i tapped myself like what my mom did when i was young and that can make me calm. that time i may yawn and fall asleep. or yet, i listen to music until i cannot hear the music no more because i fall already into deep sleep. so thanks for dropping in :)

oh yes, doing things at the same time is so boring and fed us up. that is why we long to do what others are doing for that reason. and me, myself have plenty of complains even i know that what i did will turn a good result in the end. pertaining to you, i hope that changes in your life will occur within you successfully. so thanks for joining :)

In your case even if you take sleeping pill still won't do because you've got things to do and accomplish first before going to bed meaning, after all those practice teaching and stuff and when have adjusted back to your normal regime you'll be able to gain back your sufficient time of sleep. But in my case what keeps me up ALL night everynight is INSOMNIA.. :( I'd be lucky to get altleast 1 hour of sound sleep at night or else my life the next day would be doomed, that's normal with me by the way.

even if i need to, i really do not like taking pills or medicines and i do not know why. oh yes, this is just happened temporarily and soon it will come to an end. and all of those things will be done as for the prerequisite of our studies and curriculum. oh nice, do you have an insomia? i guess you're really having a hard time to catch some sleep. ive known a teacher who have that kind of illness like that. pity her because during daytime in his classes, shes very sleepy. does it have any remedy? oh nice i hope it does have. so thanks for joining here :)
