I am referring to myself based on my experienced I been to different job where in the job position which I am too is not for regularization position.I always put to the easiest job.So I always end up my contract. As AN employee I always render overtime I never think to theft.I work honestly,And I am industrious when it comes to job and even during my day off and holidays, I work also if there is available.I only use my day off if My body signals want me to get rest and that is the time where I feel sleepy and it never stops until I sleep for whole day.the later work which I become regular do not pay us minimum and violate the labor law and even I do stick on that job since I love working in that company my co worker do theft and I follow my conscience to tell it to superior anonymously because I don't want to think that I do this for my own sake and benefit but to correct them in their wrong doings.and when I found that husband of the owner is also doing theft with some of the office employee.I realized the reason why they are not afraid to theft too. And since our boss (the husband of the owner) still allow to stay this employee and continue doing theft.I decided to leave the job because I can no longer work with them doing such evil things. for my conscience will be my enemy. If i will tell it to the owner of course she will not believe me for I am employee and we are not that close especially I don't have evidence for I don't picture them and of course they will not let it show to me for they know that I am not like them.I just caught them by their words and saw them too .Now, I am not employee.Even how hard worker I am it's not enough to find a job here. It is very difficult to find job here. They are not looking for just 'HARD WORKER' only. They have their own criteria and specialization of the course plus the experience needed. Just like for example must be a graduate of... must have experience of .. and here the big problem is the age limit. up to 25 years old only is the common maximum age here. so that means if you are like me not so lucky to get a regular job because most company really don
t give regularization the employee unless the task they are assign is very difficult. And of course the what we called the 'BAKER' system. If you have relatives or close friends working in that company you can instantly be hired if they are hiring because of their help and that is very common here. Even if you don't passed the exam and the interview.. you will still get the job. so that is the reason why Now I am contented to work online job here at home.

we have same sentements. i recently resigned from my job. and now an unemployed. i just don't like how they treat their employees. no benefits, below minimum, and the worst part was that the salary was always late. it's ok if only i have someone with me to support my kids but sad to say, i don't have. so now, online job is my source of income.

that's why I don't agree in adding a 'GRADE 7' as it is not Education that is the problem but the age limit. competition. if they add another year to study.so it will lessen another year to be qualified for a job. as normally as I say maximum age is 25 if instead you can finish your course in age 21 and will be able and more qualifeid to look for a job for 4 years ( till 25 yrs old) you will graduate by 22 because of another year that is added so instead of 4 years it will reduce to 3 years.
