I've been a subscriber of globe telecoms for almost 5 years now though I have other network but I still consider Globe as my primary network. For the internet connection, I'm using a Globe Tattoo prepaid 4G stick- the white one which has acommercial on TV with Bianca Gonzales. When i bought it I ask the sales agent of globe if the network has a 4G signal here in my location but apparently it is only available to the metropolis and some key cities here in the Philippines. This morning I turned the TV on and I heard that Globe has now 4G LTE signal which comes with a speed of 42 mbps. its unbelievable really. it was announce by Kris Aquino on her TV show. my frustration is that its still not available in my area, the signal which my broadband only detects HSPA+ which I think more good than HSDPA. well correct me if I'm wrong. for those who are a globe subscriber, kindly read this news about the new globe 4G LTE upgrade. http://www.interaksyon.com/business/55322/globe-expands-lte-coverage (not a referral link)

I have recently subscribed to Globe's data plan and i can say sometimes the signal is not very good. There are times and locations where i can pick up HSPA+ signal and it would be faster, however often its just fair. Nothing to be too happy about, just be patient the page will load in its own time... ha ha ha Our home dsl is globe and it is way better than Bayantel connection. We applied for smart and well the application is approved but its been a year they have no line here in our home (Quezon City).

Well I am a globe subscriber but DSL only. So far the 1mbps speed is being met for me after almost a month of using it. I have not heard of any internet provider that could really deliver that speed through wireless means. I have heard about another one that claims 4g technologies but they could barely deliver their 1mbps speed they promise. I have not seen or experience the Globe tattoo 4g yet and I am curios if they could indeed deliver that speed indeed.

In our town also globe still gives gprs signal. It's a good thing I managed to make my globe tattoo accept a smart buddy sim card. This way, smart's hspa+ signal is utilized even with a globe tattoo stick. Sometime between midnight until 4 am I get fast internet up to 2.5 mbps. I might be cheating but why stay with gprs? I'll switch back to a globe sim once they improve their coverage.

I'm a Globe subscriber for 12 years with their phones. Not with internet. I am a PLDT DSL subscriber. I have tried Globe before and unfortunately, I have bad experience with their connection. DSL or Tattoo. I guess it will depend on where you live. For the Sun here is working miracles but have annoying speed on some areas.

Well, in my country (Italy), lately, we's precisely talking about the transmission of the signal to 4G LTE internet. There are also large posters, just to entice you to buy. However, I do not even yet know the areas currently covered by this service Logn Term Evolution. It is well known that sooner or later this transmission system, supplant all of the traditional methods of connection to the network. When? Well, we'll see!
