Google Science Fair!!!

Hello guys, i have just now heard about Google science fair. And i would like to participate in it. But i seem to have theory only and not experiments.. So can i participate Google science fair with a theory??? I mean make a computer stimulation and show what my theory is and some facts observed in nature that shows that this theory is true!!!
So Can I enter Google Science Fair like this?????

i don't know anything about the science fair, but you seem to have a very interesting invention. if there is a science fair, i don't see why you wouldn't be able to get in with your demonstration. wow! that is very awesome! good luck to you.

Well,i Don't know whether i can publish my theory.. There is no sort of experiment.. Just Theory.....

I believe that one of the requirements is that you have to be in school to participate...Are you a child?
