A two year old child was bumped by a car on a highway. just this afternon.

The car stop immediately and hurriedly start the engine again but on the way, he bumped into another car and followed by a full stop for the car can no longer moved and a Police Patrol was immediately rushing to the scene followed by and angry bystanders. A few meters back a 2 years old Child was breathing to death and is lying on the center of the Highway. The 2 year old child was bumped by the mentioned speeding car. The driver was then mauled by the bystanders, good that the Police was able to pacify the angry bystander. The mother of the child was crying hard and was very angry to the driver of the car.

Another disaster because of the driver's carelessness. I really hope all the drivers drive carefully for themselves and also for the passerby. It's not fair for the innocent child, he lost his life because of the driver. If I were at the incident site, I may do the same as the angry bystanders, though it can't save the two-year-old child. The driver should learn a lesson from it, all the drivers should.

The question of the driver is where was the parents of that time ? and why they did not stop the child in crossing down. The parents, the husband and wife appeared right after the accident and instead of bringing the child to a Hospital nearby it was another person who carried the child immediately to the emergency room of the nearby hospital.

Yeah, you are right, parents should always be responsible for their child. It's also their fault. I often saw some parents talked and laughed together, when their young children moved out of their sight, they even didn't notice it.

Oh my God, I really feel too uspset of hearing these things. anyway that much that is in our posibility we try to drive carefully but always somebody careless with a mistake can change another human life. some people die in accident for mistake of some careless drivers. It is unforgivable for me.

Yes but according to the driver the child was running fast to crossed the highway and there's nothing he can do to stop the car immediately and it is true by the marked of his wheels from where he came from.

That is terrible. That driver should have stopped right away when he heard the bump and hit the child. Perhaps then the child's life would have been safe. The poor mother!

It is true, but the questioned is why the child at that age ? be on the center of the highway. Where was the parents at that time ? Why they appear only after the accident?

The child was saved but acquired bruised on head and arms. There was different stories heard but as a witnessed on that accident I think it was not the making of the driver alone. For actually I was the one who shouted, arrest the parent, but doing so I immediately kept quite specially knowing that others are trying to traced where the voice came from.

I am in shocked every time I read storys like this and i hope with all my heart the child will be alright the thing that upsets me time and time again is where is the parents when this is going on and why are they controling there kids I a few months back sat and watched this happen a few months back a young girl and her mother where in our local farmers market here in Mexico and the girl who was about six years old was walking right next to her mother and not holding her hand the girl saw something across the street yelled mommy and ran right in front of a moving car about a dozen or more was on the phones calling for the police and medical and every one was paniced by the onset of what had happen so in the end of this I say we all as parents Hold on to your kids hands you never know what can happen at any given time and most of all always know where you kids are and no matter what teach them the best of safety look both ways a few times before you cross the road

Accident may happen anytime we just don't know when? The child was okay but acquired bruised on head and arms after he was treated on the emergency room of the Hospital nearby. The driver was apprehended because on his way to escape he bumped into another car

That's true an attempt to scape is a signed of guilt, but for me I think the driver was nervous or maybe have bad experience in the past of cases like that

Where did this happen? That is very sad to hear. We really don't know what will hit us on a particular day so we must be thankful for every second we are still alive. Accidents like these can make us reflect on how delicate life is. My heart goes out to the child.

It happened in the Philippines on the Quirino Highway near de De Ocampo Memorial Hospital, Nagtahan Bridge and Save and More Shopping mall. The placed is an open highway. The Driver of the car was on the way going to Makati City and we have just came out from the Shopping Mall and was able to witnessed the ending part of the accident.

Last year our government made strict laws about drunk driving.Driving is not a personal matter,it concerns many aspects,such as the passerby,environment and so on.I decide not to drive in the future because I have heard of too many tragedies.I'm afraid to be hurt by other drivers and more afraid to hurt other people.God bless the baby.

Good for even if you are careful other drivers are rascal But don't stop driving anyway accident may happen anytime just be careful. Enjoy life like others who really love driving and in addition we need more responsible drivers on the street.
