What do you think of the NEW WWE Title Belt?

Its okay that you went off topic; you are participating in the discussion. Either John or Punk will win at Wrestlemania but Rocky won't leave forever, he will still make special appearances when he can. The goal was to have a John Cena / The Rock 2 for the title at Wrestlemania. Then to have CM Punk challenge The Undertaker which if Mark is still in uber pain he won't be able to fulfill that commitment so I figure that is why they are going to have this match of John Cena vs CM Punk next week for John's rightful place in the main event at Mania. A lot of things have to be moved around because of prior plans they had falling through. With the spinner belt you always knew that the belt would come back to John Cena because that is his custom belt but with the reveal of the new belt my initial response was they were going to let Rocky keep it for a little longer which would be dang near impossible because he wouldn't be able to defend the title every 30 days.

there is nothing in the world like people who know what they are talking about..wrestling has gotten to the point where it is predictable..my son's godfather is praying for Undertaker's return and that should make him feel better...Rock will pop back up from time to time. It's just that when I saw that belt, I figured memorialize him with a belt and prepare to say bye bye..*randy orton just came out on smackdown and my train of thought was gone*... there was one other thing that can be added to the equation..dolph (nicky or whatever) and that dang suitcase..isn't it about time he give that up?

There have been several custom belt designs such as the spinner belt for John Cena; the modified spinner for Edge, the smoking skull belt for Stone Cold. This belt at least for right now is custom to The Rock according to the side plates but as I have seen from the original belt design there are either 2 versions of the belt or the sideplates are interchangeable. The thing I kinda like about the new title is that there is no nameplate; the nameplate doesn't have to be changed after a title match if the title changes hands, that in itself saves a lot of time for whoever was doing that job.

hi the demonic angel. yeah, i've seen those customized belts that you mentioned. i particularly like edge's rated r superstar belt and stone cold's smoking skull. i'm not a big fan of john cena's spinner belt at all. too flashy for my taste. i think the nameplates add a personal touch to the belts and i would want to have kept that feature. cheers and happy mylotting!!!
