Jogging every morning

My family and I used to jog every morning. One way of our bonding. I wonder how many calories can jog can burn for two hours jog? It makes me move faster every after jog.

Jogging for a couple hours would burn around 800-1200 calories, depending on how much you weigh. I used to wake up and go for a quick jog in the morning before school and I definitely always felt better on days I got a good run.

Starting your day with a good jog could really make you feel good the whole day. You will notice how much energy you have in doing a lot if things. It is more or less 100 calories lost for a person who weighs 150 pounds.

I have really seen the good effect og what jogging can do to our body. My husband used to be jogging every 5am. And only for about a week, I have seen him drop down a lot of weight. It has also somehow limited his intake of heavy meals.

yes, I lose weight so fast and at the same time I can eat whatever I want since I started to jog things get lighter for me and consistently doing the jog every morning really helps for healthy living

I do that too when I started to have a training for my 10k run.. Well if you had a phone that can download an apps like iphones, there is nike apps that can help you.. :)

I used to along time ago. Really no time now. i work 430 am till 5-6pm here. And its dark. Cant jog at dark here. I really wish I could. Have fun there.

sorry to here that, but many people also do jogging at night or late afternoon from the park. Our park here in our place is just walking distance it will be so fun also with friends joining you for 6pm jog I guess that will be so tiring also after work

That will depend on how fast you get your heart rate too, your weight and how much time you spend on jogging, on a threadmill i burn around 200 calories if i run on it for 30 mins, but i dont know how fast you run but i take intermittent brisk walking when i get too tired so you probably burn more calories than me.

You'll do fine as long as it is accompanied with a good diet, its a good idea to count your calories and slowly decrease it, do not do it drastically, you have to taper it otherwise your body will sense the difference in the amount of food intake and it can and will slow your metabolism, then you'll have the yoyo.effect, we dont want that, :)

I jog really slow for 200meters I call it relax jog but mega perspiration since I exaggerate my get up for jog for quicker results to lose weight.:)

It depends on your body mass, on the amount of calories you will burn. It is a great workout, and a great way to spend family time as well. At one time, we would take walks daily. I would enjoy doing that again, or running daily, although with a little one, I would imagine I would need a jogging stroller since his little legs would not be able to keep up.

Wow i simply love jogging and walking early in the morning. But i do not stay up here with my family. I have my sister with me but she hates getting up in the morning, i really need a company to go on for walk in morning. Jogging is really good for health.

According to a calorie counter that I have here, a 5 minute jog burns 37 calories. So doing the math, if you job for 2 hours, that should be 888 calories. That is the calorie counter that I have here is correct (I downloaded it from the apple store). I also jog and I try to count the calories that I take. This way, I can still eat the food that I like and make sure that I do not overeat and that I burn them before they decided to turn into fats and settle on my thighs and tummy.

That is possible, thats pretty near. I burn around 6-7 calories per minute on a treadmill. But then I'd have to be jogging like fast jogging, its sad how i realize that it is much heavier to say no to the food than actually burn it yourself through exercise.

Good morning ! We all need an exercise at least 30 minutes daily. It would be so beautiful to exercise with the family because it builds the relationship stronger because while jogging at same time you are interacting with them but in my part i do jogging alone and for an hour only every Saturday and Sunday . I wished to jog more but am getting no time. I envy those people who jogs everyday.

to jog everyday needs a lot of routine and habitual doing, you were right at first week it was really hard for me to get up and jog for everyday if it wasn't for my mom who really decided for me to lose weight and to keep me up that early with the others I wouldn't have Any drive atleast to start with

I prefer jogging to running because running can make me out of breath and i hate that kind of feeling. I am sure jogging every morning does good to human being's health. Fot the fat, it also can keep them fit and lose more weight in a steady way

Jogging is really good for health and burning fat. I really enjoy of seeing people while of jogging but I am too lazy to get up early in the morning.
