I think your wishes for having more opportunities in your work is not enough. energize yourself with emotions and positivity on your work and say to yourself that you can get more money and more success as you want! so you can!

In every industry, there were certain standards. Have you tried checking what is yours, like how soon or long that you need to do what you need to do to actually realize the fruits of your hard work? Maybe it is still too early for you to expect a considerable change. If you are still at a loss, maybe it is time to schedule a meeting with your immediate supervisor. Just to check and make sure that the two of you are on the same page on how your work is going. All is not loss. Good luck!

Maybe you are too hard on yourself. Hard work is one of the important factors to improve your working performance, but it is not the only thing for improvement, opportunities, ideas and innovations are also required. You may have to stay away from your job for a while and try to talk with people in other fields, so you may have a brainstorm from other people's ideas and suggestion. Then looking back to you own job, you will find out there are still something can be changed to improve your behavior. Good luck to you!!!

We are currently at the same situation. After 2 years of working really hard for my company, I suddenly felt tired and exhausted. I had enough of the pressure and responsibilities given to me. I am also tired of all the rush jobs and non-related work my boss is giving me. I am giving myself a hundred days starting yesterday (99 days left) to save and leave my company. I do not want to stay in a company where I am not happy anymore. I will not be productive if I am like that.

I thought e-business could be the most exciting kind of job available. Maybe the routine makes you feel bored or maybe you are just working too much. The fact that you was hired by the company for that position, it means that you can do the job and that they trust you more than anybody else. So do your best and continue researching for more strategies that would best suit for your present job. Have a nice day!

As you mentioned you are doing ejobs. Are you work from home? I wonder why are you feeling bore? Lot of sites are available to earn more. Just find the good sites and invest your time with it. All the best.

Well ask yourself if you love your job and are you happy with your current wages . honestly speaking you seems to be unhappy with your job and hopefully to change to a new job. I think you should just go ahead and take up a new challenge !

If you've been there for half a year, maybe you just haven't been there long enough to know what to do yet. Is there more training you can sign up for? Or someone you can ask for guidance? Maybe your job is going to be boring. that would be too bad. Maybe you can set yourself little challenges to make it more interesting?

Perhaps you are so pressured in reaching the quota of sales that was given to you and you haven't reached it yet, so you feel the boredom. But once you hit the target, you will be more motivated to keep on hitting it. It's really hard to have a job that have a quota. Good thing, mine, don't have.

Hi Zoe. I must say that your company is very lucky to have such an enthusiast employee as you. I think you should mingle with your office mates and senior. Take directions and guidelines from them. I am pretty sure that they give you some good tips from their experience. And keep trying hard. One day you will definitely succeed with flying colors. Have a nice day !! SuperShames

Aww Zoe. Unfortunately we will all get bored with whatever it is we do. Especially if you do it everyday, everytime. Its normal to feel like you don't wanna do this thing for a while. Although, that is the difference for people who followed their heart to get to the job they are now. Because when you are doing exactly what you wanted to do, well, you'll always be reminded of your reasons as to why you chose to be where you are now. But then if you are working at an area where in, you're not really enjoying your job and your just there because it lays the bills, i suggest you find out what it is you really want and go for it, do not be afraid to follow your heart, do not allow yourself to hold yourself back.

Well its your life, and you have to go to the same work place and do the same job everyday. If you say that you are bored from working only six months, a few more months and it would feel like torture. The only thing that i fell you can do is fall in love with your work. Do it with all your heart and mind and it wont seem boring anymore. When you love doing something it never seem a burden and you never question your credibility.
