God do have feelings and emotions, but I feel there are people’s who believe that God is within ourself in that case God do smile. But on the photos and pictures of God it may resemble in many gestures or actions. I feel positiveness is more when God smile, but if God cry that could be disastrous. Let try to make God smile, hope it is bit difficult at times still I feel it is possible. It also better not to make God angry.
God bless all and keep smiling.

If its true about "Gods wrath" or that he/she is a jealous god according to believers and the religious texts, then one would imagine it to be true that he also becomes sad and shes tears. its a nice thought to always want them to be happy, but not quite possible in this world as another poster as already mentioned. Maybe some day. We can only hope.

I can say that God too has emotions... we see that God loves... that God forgives and that he cares for us. I can say that God is capable of being happy and thus smile at us... and he too feels sad and cries. We know that God smiles at us when we are happy when he sees us and when we are able to do good things. We also know from the bible that God is weeping when we are suffering. He feels our pain as well.

Well, if I were God (if, huh?), I'd be crying my eyes out non-stop! Just look at the world & the mess we humans have made of it - mostly out of ignorance, too. Who wouldn't cry? If God wasn't crying, I'd be worried... who would want to worship such a hardened old bugger who doesn't appear to care about our suffering at all?
Yep - show us a crying God who's in sympathy with all the suffering us ignorant lot are wallowing in. And then we'll all be crying together - which would probably be rather cleansing for us, or so I'm told by those who practice it regularly!
