Just like the two previous respondents, I would suggest that you link either a credit card or debit card to your Paypal account. And when you already have, there would be a 4-digit code to be sent to your statement of account after which you have to type it in to you Paypal account to be verified.

I am not sure but when I verified my paypal account I had to use either a bank account or a regular credit card not a prepaid one those did not work. I think that you would need to add a bank account and then paypal will deposite a small amount of money into your account and then you have to tell them how much the deposites were they are usually only for a few cents each. Then once you tell them how much was deposited your account is verified. However this may have changed as I got my account verified when paypal was brand new and still paying you to sign up. lol dang that was ages ago.

I think trying to verify Paypal with other means is just going to be a hard time. I have tried almost everything to get it done, but somehow it never works. The best and easiest part is to verify giving your bank details. I have done that and it has no problems at all, also i got my money in bank from Paypal. So good isn't it? I think take a smaller but smarter step don't make things complicated and then verifying with other details might be risky as well.
