I plan to buy motorcycle but my dad wouldn't let me, he rather buy me a car because it's much safer according to him, he added that he's not going to worry if I used car rather than motorcycle. Well I must consider the advantage and disadvantage before I would by my unit.

Well, I am sure it is out of concern is why he said this. But it might be worth your time to do the pros and cons and see what would work best for you. A motorcycle might not be the best if you live in rainy cooler areas for sure. Just take your time to decide so u will not regret it later.

I prefer cars. It offers a lot more protection, stability, space and it lets you ride more than 2 people at the same time (unless it is the kind of car that sits only 2 persons). As far as fuel economy is concerned, a motorcycle is always better, but the advantage stops there. Well, they are also cheaper than cars.

If you are much familiar with motorcycles and has a passion for it then why not go for it. What can you do with a car if your still not good enough to drive nor has a license to drive a four wheeled vehicle. It really depends if you have a license or not. I like to use motorcycle because it is much economical and practical to use, in terms of fuel consumption, parking space and maintenance. However, if your into comfort then that is the drawback of using motorcycles. You will always need a helmet with you, a jacket, sun glasses and a raincoat in case the rain pours out on you on the road. For convenience, then go for a car, your much safer with it in terms of weather changes, comfort of driving, spacious and you can even bring more people with you like your family and friends, though maintenance wise it much expensive, run into trouble finding a parking space, and most specially fuel. Cars also cost double the price of an ordinary motorcycle when you buy it. So it is up to you to decide which is which, depending on your ability to drive and convenience you would like to have.

For me, I prefer a car, because a car is more versatile than the motorcycle. You can drive in all kinds of weather and you are safer in a car. You can wear a seat belt and you have metal around you. On a motorcycle you can get killed or badly injured quite easily.

A car would be more comfortable and safe, besides a motorcycle would also require time to be able to ride easily.

Your daddy is right, it is much safer to use a car ac compared to a motorcycle. The only advantage of the motorcycle is less gas consumption space saver you can drive easily even in city roads or during traffic but remember safety first.
