Faf du Plessis, the South Africa batsman, has been appointed full-time Twenty20 captain. AB de villers requested to step down from T20. What you say on the AB de Villier decision to step down.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Yes u are absolutely right, Faf has been entrusted with a new role and i hope he would lead SA to a new high. To be very honest i feel that Ab took the right decision as he might have thought that his cricket was being affected due to captaincy and hence he decided to step down. What say?

Yes definately i wise descision by de viliers. This will decrease the workload on AB's shoulder. Hard job to Keep wicket's in Test specially. Duplesis should also enjoye new role as permanent captain..
